Can QX TECH customize machines for our specific box dimensions and formats?
Yes. QX TECH provides customization of machine dimensions, mechanical arms, and folding mechanisms to accommodate specific box sizes and layouts. Our in-house CNC machining center allows us to produce custom tooling fixtures and hardware without relying on third-party suppliers, ensuring both quality and lead time control.
What quality control processes do you follow before shipment?
Every machine undergoes a 100% full-speed continuous running Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before shipment. Critical components are machined to a 0.01 mm tolerance. We are ISO 9001 certified and operate an internal quality management system covering individual components through to final assembly. Buyers are welcome to attend FAT at our Guangzhou facility.
Do you offer integrated full production lines, or only standalone machines?
Both. QX TECH supplies standalone machines (e.g., a single Corner Pasting Machine or V-Grooving Machine) as well as fully integrated rigid box making lines that combine multiple stations into one automated workflow. We work with your production layout and volume targets to recommend the most efficient configuration.
What technical support and documentation is available for international buyers?
All machines ship with English-language operation and maintenance manuals. Standard spare parts are stocked and available for international shipment. Remote technical support is provided via video call and online diagnostics. On-site commissioning and operator training can be arranged upon request.
What is the typical lead time from order confirmation to delivery?
Lead times vary depending on machine type and customization scope. Standard standalone machines typically take 30-45 days from order confirmation. Customized or integrated line orders may require 60-90 days. Exact timelines are confirmed in the sales contract. We provide regular production progress updates throughout.
What box types and materials are compatible with your machines?
Our machines are designed for rigid box and carton manufacturing, covering a wide range of board thicknesses and wrapping materials including art paper, fabric, and specialty finishes. Machines can be configured for gift boxes, consumer electronics packaging, luxury cosmetics packaging, and more.
